STAYING HEALTHY IN THE NEW YEAR

It's around this time of January where some are working hard on their New Year's Resolutions, while some have given up. Personally, I don't make New Year's resolutions because I believe change can start anytime, not just at the beginning of the year. That being said, the Holidays were definitely a time of indulgence and I do try and stay healthy.
